the most ironic fact that has followed me thoughout my life:
People challenge me to try things that I've never done before. My body rejects anything craving at once, but if my concience doesnt rebell, I usually end up saying yes.
And every single time I say yes, I end up learning something new.
I feel "the force" working through me.
Take this weekend as an example. It was my free day off of work. But I was asked to do a catering at some house 20 min from Stockholm. I really wanted to stay at home and watch the Eurovison Song Contest, but I said yes.
Together with a younger Bc as my assistant, and a waiter, we arrived at this mansion situated beatifuly above a wide river. We were welcomed by the millionare himself.... Voila: the kitchen! I don't know if you know what an Aga oven looks like or how expensive this one was, but I practiaclly fainted. Every detail in the wide and spacious room was well thaught through and teasingly perfect.
It only took a few hours to serv a company of nine rich people a 4 course meal. They were highly impressd with our work (rich people don't get greatful, only "impressed") But I think they aught to be gretful anyway>We added holy wine to the gravy...
While serving the desert they were discussing the situation in North Korea. Somehow I just felt connected...Like the right man for the job.
So the tip of the week is to say "Yes" to tough challenges.
